Shipping Policy
Thank you for visiting and shopping at www.constantwind.com.
Shipment processing time
All orders are processed within 3-5 business days of receipt. We try to process orders as soon as we can, if we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. If your shipment experiences a significant delay, we will contact you via email.
Shipping rates and delivery estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Shipment Confirmation and Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email with your tracking number. Please email us if you do not receive a tracking number at eshop@constantwind.com
Cancellation
You can cancel your order if the item is not shipped out yet.
If the item is already sent, please wait for it to arrive and return it for a refund, minus delivery / shipping charges.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
www.constantwind.com is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the customer’s responsibility (including tariffs, taxes, and other costs).
Damages
www.constantwind.com is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received damaged order, please file a claim with the shipment carrier. Save all packaging materials, damaged goods and take pictures of the damaged goods before filing a claim.
Local Shipping Policy
Local deliveries are shipped via Singpost with tracking number.
You will be given the tracking number once parcel is shipped out.
Standard parcel : Free delivery (SMARTPAC envelope : 22cm x15cm, Box :30x 20 x 6.5cm )
Oversize or large parcel will be subjected to the delivery courier charges.
We can assist you with local courier services such as Speedpost or Lalamove.

International Shipping Policy
We use FedEx services for International shipping. Once you have input your address with the postal code, the shipping cost is calculated and added to your checkout. Delivery is subject to each location or country sent to.
However, you can contact us should you wish for a more economical courier service. Just drop us an email and we try to assist wherever possible.
Incorrect Shipping Addresses and Refused Delivery
We make every attempt to validate the shipping address provided at checkout to ensure it’s recognized as a valid address by the courier services or postal services in Singapore. If we cannot validate the address, we will try to contact the customer to provide an updated address. The Customer is liable to pay for the extra shipping charges for second-time delivery.
www.constantwind.com will not be held responsible if the customer provides the wrong shipping address and we cannot recover the package.
Missing or Stolen Shipments
www.constantwind.com is not liable if you didn't receive your order, but the shipping carrier has reported that it was delivered.
In-store pickup
You can skip the shipping fees with free local pickup at Constant Wind SeaSports Centre, 11 Changi Coast Walk, Singapore 499740. Our shop is open from 9:30 to 5:30pm everyday unless otherwise notified. You can call us at : 65-64455108 before making your way down.
After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pick up within 2 to 5 working days. We will send you an email when your order is ready.
Please have your order confirmation email with you when you come.
Refunds, returns, and exchanges
We accept returns up to 7 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return.
If your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at eshop@constantwind.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
If it is damaged due to shipping or delivery, you may wish to address the issue with the courier service. Please refer to the DAMAGES section written above.
